Main Street Workshop is a Los Angeles-based custom fabrication and production workshop serving designers, design brands, architects, contractors, and related clients for commercial, office, hospitality, residential, and other projects. If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement will control for that project.

4. Information and Materials You Submit

You are responsible for the information and materials you submit to us, including sketches, drawings, inspiration images, photography, renderings, dimensions, specifications, brand assets, logos, designs, plans, and other project references ("Submitted Materials").

By submitting materials to us, you represent that you have the rights, permissions, and authority necessary to provide those materials and to allow MSW to review and use them for the purpose of evaluating, quoting, designing, fabricating, documenting, or communicating about the relevant project.

Unless separately agreed in writing, you grant MSW a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display internally, share with project partners, and otherwise process Submitted Materials as reasonably necessary for project evaluation, proposals, fabrication, production, administration, and related business purposes.

Please do not submit confidential information, trade secrets, personal data, or third-party materials unless you have authority to do so and unless the information is necessary for the project. If confidentiality terms are needed, they should be addressed in a separate written agreement.

5. Portfolio, Project Images, and Third-Party Content

The website may display images, project names, client references, descriptions, and other content related to completed or in-progress work. Some images and project materials may be created by MSW, provided by clients, designers, architects, photographers, contractors, or other partners, or sourced from client or partner websites or other publicly available materials in connection with documenting MSW's work.

All trademarks, project names, brand names, photographs, designs, architecture, interiors, artwork, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Display of a project, client name, image, or brand reference does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
